- A Publix.com account (if you don't have one yet, you can make yours here)
- A prescription number filled within the last 18 months at a Publix Pharmacy.

If you do not pick up your Pharmacy Order within seven (7) days, the order will automatically be canceled and the hold will be removed from your Card. You will be notified in your pharmacy account if your Pharmacy Order is canceled and may have the opportunity to resubmit the same order.
